Co-parenting Mediation

This is a form of interpersonal mediation. It can be used where parents wish to try to improve co-parenting communication, and resolve their parenting issues.

Parents who seek co-parenting mediation wish to avoid court proceedings. (A MIAMs is not available).

The advantages of co-parenting mediation:

• voluntary
• confidential
• the parties make their own decisions (and not the court)
• parties can be creative as to what works for them, and not the narrow range of orders the court could make
• flexible, we offer:
  
  1 or 2 hours sessions, or
  
  1/2 day sessions

Child Arrangement Orders

Where parties cannot agree on the child arrangements of their children, and seek the court to determine the issue. We can assist a parent with:

• living with (previously a residence order)
• time with (previously a contact order)
• prohibitive steps order
• specific issues order

We can help you with court applications.
